PTSD/PTSI Minnesota CLE Spring of 2014
PTSD – or as many prefer, “Post Traumatic Stress Injury” (PTSI) – is becoming a major issue in many areas of the law. From criminal prosecutions of veterans who may be suffering from the condition, to accommodating returning employee servicemembers under the ADA and USERRA, it is a growing area of concern to legal practitioners as more veterans have been reintegrated back into their employment or society at large following their service. The M&VA Section is in the process of planning a half day Continuing Legal Education program to consider this important issue and the legal issues involved in PTSD/PTSI. Stay tuned for further scheduling information.
